In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

If you are accessing hv777 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms. In all cases, the individual using the Platform remains personally responsible for compliance.

To register and use the hv777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of hv777 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment partners.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
6. You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the hv777 Platform.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the hv777 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection, with any associated balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery function on the hv777 Login page rather than registering a new account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hv777 Login credentials, including your username and password. hv777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact hv777 support immediately.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, hv777 will request identity documents including a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (a utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within the last three months). hv777 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

hv777 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast/1LINK, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. hv777 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your hv777 Account are credited upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hv777 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Section 4. Verified accounts will have withdrawal requests processed within the timeframes published on the Platform cashier page. hv777 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or in cases of suspected irregular activity.

Currency: All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Where USDT TRC20 is used, the applicable PKR conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply.

Unclaimed Balances: Account balances that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as published in hv777's Fee Schedule. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

hv777 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Game Contributions: Not all games on hv777 contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: hv777 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on low-risk outcomes, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.

Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or wager is PKR 500 (or the equivalent) unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

All games available on the hv777 Platform — including slot games, live casino tables, rummy, wheel games, and the sports betting sportsbook — are operated in accordance with their respective published game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting market on the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hv777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or the name of a third party.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
4. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in rummy or other skill-based games.
5. Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption in connection with hv777's cricket or sports betting markets.
6. Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform.

9. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the hv777 Platform.

Player-Initiated Closure: You may close your hv777 Account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Company-Initiated Closure: Where hv777 closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance may be forfeited in full. hv777 will provide written notification of the closure and the reason where legally permissible.

All content on the hv777 Platform — including but not limited to the hv777 brand name, logo, game titles, software, graphics, text, video, audio, and the overall structure and design of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of hv777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the hv777 Platform without prior written consent from hv777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hv777 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

hv777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hv777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unplanned outages may occur, and hv777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

hv777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
